Manufacturers & Stores Price Fixing??

Ran across this article and seems pretty relevant to several topics we regularly have here. Not sure what to make of it. While it’s a new suit just a couple days old, it covers several instances between 2014-2018, so not current price fixing. Anyway, makes you wonder how much the current price hikes is due to inflation, lack of workers/parts, etc…and how much is taking advantage of an opportunity with some coordination.

Actually, just saw something else that MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) is illegal in Germany. It sounds like that’s what this is about. So maybe this is not really price fixing as much as it is a back way they were using MAP in Germany.
