Mark III Footswitch

Anyone know where I can buy a footswitch for a Mark III? Ideally a single unit that can change all 3 channels. EQ on/off would be cool too

I've used individual switches, which Mesa still has in their store:

Hey, someone makes an aftermarket switch for it. I've seen these around, but don't know anything about them. I assume they're fine though. Not like such a footswitch is a complicated item.
