First to check is the power tubes.

That hum! That's the hum of a redplating tube. I know it well. Better check those tubes. You are risking your OT.

Same tube one tests just a bit higher then the other. Other then that they are the same tube.

Spoke to my tech today. It needed new output tubes. Any reason for them to go Dave? Or is it just bad tubes?

Welcome to the world of all new tubes sometimes they just up a go. No brand is better then the other at all they all have there problems.
