19fiddy9 all the way. 2203 is a workhorse but 59 is tonally a lot more my sound. I've pretty much played through either of those two models for the last 15 years.

I believe the JCM 800 and JMP 800 are very similar - from what I've read there are few if any differences. To me the main thing is I like the NMV Marshalls more than any MV Marshall I've ever played, so I kinda go by that experience.

There are also a JCM800 1959.

They are 2 completly different amps, but I would go for the 2203

The earliest 2203's were just a 1959 with a Master added, but 90% of all the 2203's are cascaded front end and a Master, which is completely different.

My vote goes to 2203, but it's gotta be cranked and i'd stick an OD-1 or SD-1 infront

Not really much difference between the two....find a good one of either one, mod the power supply alittle, run it on ten and you are good to go.
