Where can one of these B cabs be found, never have I seen one.

They might’ve made some repros of the offset 412s a few years ago. The cabs will still be stupid expensive.
But if that halfstack is totally original (doubtful in that condition), that’s a 30k plus set. The Marshall forum guys would almost certainly say that those are restored, which is actually the wrong thing to do…worth more in original dinged up condition

That isn't factory original.
Block logo Marshalls were built during the time they used the Rexin tolex, and the cabs had pinstripes grille cloth, around 1964 and 1965.
They either added the block logos on a later set, or they have re-tolex and re-grilled the head and cab.

Ahh yes the ‘Collins’ repro pinstripe…didn’t those cabs from 65 also have the leather handles on the top of the cab?

What exactly are you looking for in "these cabs"?
The look as seen on that photo? And/or the sound & feel of an old original?
If that's the look you mainly are after, then there a a lot of builders those days who can make that; if that's the sounds & feel as well, I'll second @SBlue input above. Modern speakers & cabs can't really replicate the old original ones IMHO.
