Can't imagine they'd be all that different. Very similar speakers (spec-wise), same power handling. Size and weight are probably very similar too. I think the Marshall cab might a be tiny bit louder as they list a higher db for the standard greenbacks than the EVH speakers.
I think I read somewhere that Eddie loaned Fender his favorite Marshall cab for them to "copy". I have not seen the EVH cab up close, so I have no idea how it is built.
The evh cab is darker, it has a great core tone but I always had to turn up the presense on my amps or it has somewhat of the blanket over the cab tone. Just what I found with mine.

They are labeled for 20 watts, but use the 25 watt coil. I think it is TGP where Rick Skillman (from Celestion) posted about the differences between Heritage and "regular" speakers.

This is most likely true because the EVH cab was voiced to go with the 5150III, which is a VERY bright head. Together they sound great and compliment each other well.
Given that, I use a Mesa rectifier cab with V30's in a band setting, just seems to cut a bit better than the EVH cab. I do have to turn the high's and the presence down a bit for the Mesa.
