If you have the dough, Mk IV combo would be a good place to start. Maybe an Engl Screamer combo, maybe a Spider Valve, maybe a Peavey Valveking combo. There are really a lot of choices. Happy hunting.

How much do you have to spend.
A little: Randal RG100, Peavey Ultra
Moderate: 5150, Mesa Mark III
More than a grand: Mesa Mark IV, Engl, VHT, Splawn, etc...

You should be able to find the Randall RG80 or 100, Peavey Ultra, or Peavey VTM for around $350 or less. Another option would be a Peavey Windsor, single channel though.
If you can bump the money up to around $600 you might find a 5150.
