Hi!
I'm sorry! I'm a bit too productive atm....
Here's a short clip of my Marshall.
I was curious to compare it with the Splawn Nitro.
The Marshall is the clear winner for me.
I have a problem with my ISO Cab. I always tend to "hear" it.
For sure it's the best solution in the Homestudio, but it doesn't replace a real cab...
What are your findings?

Best Regards,
Simon

Very brutal, but I do find it a bit on the fizzy side. Your other clips sounded better IMHO

I bought a 2203KK this weekend. Actually, I think it is my old amp but now someone built in an effects loop. Thrash metal heaven :) I do use a TS though. What did you have modded?

Sounds great man. I think I like it better than the Splawn Nitro clip you posted as well.

@ Laurens: Thanks! A bit less treble and/or another speaker/s and you get rid of the fizz.
Mods are: increased gain, but still 3 stages, added depth pot and a choke = huge improvement!

@ The Traveller: Thanks! Me too :) The Splawn is up for sale...
Great Avatar by the way! More because of Giger, than Celtic Frost, but anyway: Circle of the Tyrant! uuuh! :)

Thanks for the info! The amp has lots of gain and I don't need more gain, but I do like that growling sound you got going. May I ask, where did you have it modded?

I don't play real heavy stuff, but I will say that the KK sig is one of the best bang for the buck amps out there. It beats out lots of other modded Marshalls I've had. I just have it on beast mode, and boost it with another mid bump from an EQ pedal..very nice.

A guy from Germany called "Bierschinken" (a german wurst:)) did the mod. He's from the Musiker-Board Forum. It's more like a hobby for him, but he does the mods very professional.
Check this out, if you haven't already:
Original 2203KK, additionally boosted with a TS9

@Racerxrated: Indeed it does! Thanks!

@JCDenton6: Cheers man!

Klasse :rock: I have to ask, why mod it? This sounds great. Is it really that much of an improvement?

Wo kommst Du denn her? :)
