I fucking LOVE my JMP!!!!!
here it is boosted with an old school Boss GE-7:
for details, see yt description

Just another day of a Marshall being f0cking awesome. Best circuit around really.

I've listened to a lot of your clips and think your Marshall clips are my favorite. Though, your latest uber clip was extremely killer. I bet the uber mixed with your jmp would be pretty sweet.

thanks!
the JMP and Uber compliment each other very nicely indeed

Sounds like classic great Marshall tone to me. I have the JCM800 2203 version w/6550's. I use a SD-1 and GE-7 in front of it.

I use a 2204 w EL34's the same way. Sometimes I use a TS-9. Either way - Fn Killer. BTW, my buddy has a 78 JMP. Side by side with the same guitar they sound pretty much identical. As did my 82 2204 with 6550's. I know some people are not going to agree, but not a whole lot of difference between the EL34's and 6550's. As a matter of fact I could dial them in to sound very, very much the same.

Sounds great! Those JMP's were my favorite Marshalls. I used to dime the Preamp, hit it with a Boss DS-1 and was good to go.

Love the tone of a stock JMP/JCM800 boosted....hate the volume though lol

Nice nice nice  V30s ?

Nevermind, I see its a V30/GB mix. V30s wouldn't sound that nice on their own.
