Hey Everyone!

Here is a full demo of the amp! Please check it out on YT if you can as it looks much better there. Also, you can read the description and see all the gear used. Any other questions just ask here and I shall answer!

Sick!! As always. You’re a riff machine. Which amp did you prefer between this and the Juno?

It reminds me of a mesa mark III with its dry tight percussive hairy tone. Really nice

Excellent.

I greatly enjoy this demo. I like how during the song and solo guitar portions, the tone is rounded, but still clear and defined. I don't want to say it has "give" to it, but it's not harsh at all. Then, the meanness came through in the gain stage play through.

Thank you for the demo.

Have to be honest that the amp just didn’t do it for me. You make every amp you have sound so great, but this one seeemed to be missing something, kind of dark and flat. The 7 string demo sounded much better so I wonder if it just is more geared to down tuned use and a certain style with its tight flat response. It definitely has a unique sound to me that I can imagine would sound great in that style of music. I just prefer a “juicier” sound if that makes any sense. Always cool to hear fresh sounds from an amp regardless.

Fuck yeah, reminds me of current Testament tone. Without the super spongy mids.

Kind of like a more refined 5153. Cool stuff.

Sounds wicked, i like the growl it has.

Second solo of first song reminded me of Countdown to extinction era Marty tone and phrasing. Awesome!!!!!!

So the channel 2 is a clean? Like an Hiwatt or what?

2nd channel is a gain channel! No clean. It can be used a as a sort of clean channel in the lower gain stage mode with the gain down and the master up, though. I think there will be a second offering of this amp down the line with one dirty and one clean.

That's totally cool. Keep in mind that there is no trickery or bullshit in this demo. Just a 57 or 609 on a V30 with absolutely no post eq applied whatsoever. I can tell you after having lots of time on this amp that it is not dark by any stretch of the imagination. Take a look at the settings in the vid and you can see how much more room you have to go in the top end department. I have the treble and presence knobs dialed down a tad because I dig where they were for my style. That being said, to me the tone in the vid isn't dark at all. Doing honest demos like this you run the risk of getting lots of "this amp is fizzy" type of comments when there is too much treble content. That tends to be worse than being "dark." Anyway, you can't win em all, and that is totally fine, I just wanted to shed a bit of light specifically on your comment. Cheers!

Your riffs and playing are awesome.

The amp sounds great too. I wonder if the somewhat negative feedback here isn’t because this amp sounds bad (because IMHO it definitely does not) but instead reflects how cheap and easy it is to find other high gain amps that sound good too.

Maybe it’ll be hard to capture what distinguishes this from readily available high gain staples.

Thanks a lot!

I think amps like this differentiate themselves because they sound killer with no added pedals, eq, fx, etc. I keep up with the amp market all the time and I don't know of many cheaper production amps that don't need a boost or eq in the loop to achieve what this amp does plugged straight in. The appeal, at least to me, is not having to use any of that to get these types of tones. I realize that boosts/ods/eqs are cheap but it's (to me) about knowing that the amp is capable of doing it on its own.

Might just be my monitors, reminds me of a VHT deliverance I played a bit ago

Nice tones and playing !! This amp sounds really killer !!

Man I gotta say, I am really intrigued by this amp. Even though it's a high gainer, it sounded really articulate to me. Aggressive but not modern-gainy if that makes sense. I consider modern high gain to be more like an Engl Savage or the like. I bet this would be a great amp for me and the way I play.

Cool, their showroom is in Chicago. I’ll have to stop in and check things out.
