I'm using a Mayones Regius Core 6 into a Mesa Boogie Mark IV that's running into an Orange 2x12 and Mesa 2x12, which both have Celestion V30s. The Orange is miced up with a Sennheiser E906 and I have a Townsend Labs Sphere as a room mic.

Cool, but it seems maybe a tad bright?? Maybe drop the presence or 6600 slider and maybe bringing up the gain or lead drive a bit would help it? Did you tune your guitar before posting this?

Woah, deja vu haha. You sound just like this other guy I spoke to some time ago. Uncanny, he said the same thing, i.e. bright and untuned.

Do you have any other handles?

I don't EQ or use a high pass filter, or put a notch at 4khz, maybe that's what you hope to hear. But kind of pointless to process, I think.

And yeah, the guitar is in tune. I'm not playing power chords though, so it does confuse a lot of guitarists.

No other handles. I was wondering if you were just playing some odd chord voicings??

Low pass filter might work, or sure, a notch at 4k would probably do the trick. You planning on doing that with an EQ in the loop? You know the 6600 slider in actuality is centered more around 4.8k I think?? And it's fairly broad so it will take care of the brightness I think?? Taking down the presence would help too.

Could be, could be. And more gain, as you said. Had the gain higher in this video, but when I shot the one in the OP, the static was really getting to me.

Amp is really noisy at higher gain levels, plus I stand within three or four feet of it at relatively loud volumes. I have a Decimator G string inbound that should allow me to tame it. Will be useful for other amps too.

I don't really have a lot of amps, so I tend to basically play through the same ones over and over unless I get something new. Focus on writing mostly, but I do record to just bounce the idea of people and also work on my skills in my dinky studio. Really a suboptimal space.

Probably go into the Mark IV again in the near future, will try some of that, gracie.

Much better tone here IMO. Sounds like how a Mark should.

Thanks. My ISP Decimator got in today. Tested it out, works as expected. Should have some better videos incoming, though my mom's visiting, so I can't crank my amps for a few weeks.
