Sure thing, I am no trainer but this is what I do...Remember eating clean is the most important aspect (More important than the workout). Get rid of sugar and most breads.

Drink 10 8 oz glasses a water a day, load protein. If you are looking to burn fat, limit calorie intake to 1500 calories a day.
