Myself, Andy Wood, Mark Day and The Indie Guitar Boys goofing around after the Steve Stevens/Pete Thorn show at Tone Merchants friday night at NAMM. After the show the guys wanted to chow and Hooters was close by and open... :cheers:

Didn't know Taylor from Indie Guitars was filming this but it was funny, I think I might have what it takes to be a Hooters Girl in Southern California :rock: :lol: :LOL:

Thanks Guys! Lots of fun for sure out at NAMM. All these guys are so much fun to hang out with :2thumbsup:

As far as the weight goes on August 25 I weighed 375 lbs and felt like shit. Today I am tipping the scales at 224lbs and feel awesome!

Down a little over 150lbs since Sept 1 when I started.

No real secret to it, I burn lots more than I consume now and I am In the gym a ton! I eat clean and train MMA 3x a week and have a gym schedule of 3 on 1 off stacked.

Almost where I want to be... :rock: Thanks so much for the motivation and congrats!

Sure thing, I am no trainer but this is what I do...Remember eating clean is the most important aspect (More important than the workout). Get rid of sugar and most breads.

If it came from a seed or had parents eat it, if not dont.

Drink 10 8 oz glasses a water a day, load protein. If you are looking to burn fat, limit calorie intake to 1500 calories a day.

If you did that on TV, you might have one the "Biggest Loser" contest.

Ive never had the pleasure of meeting you, but after seeing the before and after pics, its hard to tell they are of the same person. Congratulations on the lifestyle change, its such an easy concept-yet so hard to achieve for most people. Best of luck to you with your goals...
