Mercuriall worth a try?

It seems like the Mercuriall amp sims are highly favored here...but wanted to ask again (in 2025). With all of the great plug-ins and amp sims available by companies like Neural DSP and Tonex...are the Mercuriall products still holding up? I'm particularly interested in trying out the Re-Axis which is basically the Mesa Triaxis. I'm curious to hear from anyone who's been using them lately!

Yeah, still holds up. It is my favorite Triaxis sim that isn't a profile or part of the AxeFx ecosystem. Every model out there has way more gain than a real Triaxis and sounds more aggressive than a real one, though. ToneX captures seem to get the closest to the real deal, but you're at the mercy of the person making the captures.
