so I came upon this tour, maybe you have seen it, maybe not. Also have come to the conclusion that not all amps are built to these specs... I have had many mesas thru the years,Triaxis,290,dual rec 2 & 3 ch.,triple rec,RA100,Roadster,Triple rec 3 channel and now I will have the triple rect reborn....

Sometimes I wonder how the 'Haters" hate on great amps like these, so many try to copy and all fall short nothing sounds like a mesa.Just like a million modded marshalls , How many do we fkn need? really and the prices are a bigger fkn joke!

Mesa keeps there prices affordable, customer service is always top notch!

Remember ppl everything breaks, nothing is full proof, new cars, new houses, new tools and yes mesas, however their quality is above n beyond standard!

Haters can hate, but ya know what doesnt change these are a staple in metal n rock history !
So go fkn pound sand in your man cave or your bedroom in your mommys house...

for those who love here ya go...

Triple Recto still in my all time top 5 amps. Mark lV is in my top 6 ;)

Happy owner of a Mark III, Mesa 1X12 cab, and a Mesa 2X10 bass cab.

There's definitely something about them. For my metal tone, I haven't found better.

Just don't get the bashing ? Ok you don't like em not your cup of tea but reading the ridiculous comments are a joke.

Which bashing are you talking about? I'm honestly not sure I've ever seen anyone bashing Mesa Boogie.

really better look at youtube and every other web site... esp those fkn stupid vs threads... maybe they are just little teenage dork wanna bes that really dont know what they are talking about... but yeah.. and theres been a few on rigtalk as well..

point of thread was to show how well built these boogies are... cabs heads all tuff as hell

I've been to the Mesa facility, they gave me an unrestricted tour, really cool people at Mesa.

That must have been awesome to tour in person !
Yes it was, I was at Mesa to pickup an amp that had been repaired, I asked Rich if I could take a look around the factory next thing I know Rich gives me the tour, really impressive, and If ever had a question I could always reach them by phone, not too often you can talk to the guy (Mike B) who actually help design some of the amps and ask questions about an amp you bought used that was 10 plus years old, that will always leave an impression on me, the Mesa guys are really cool in my book.

Yeah I also had a ton of amps in my hands.....and went full circle back with a Mesa. Something about them....just killer.

A lot of places are take your money then get fucked! Try calling. Try getting answers or help. The amp biz has become a greedy machine. Prices are way out of control. Quality control is down the tubes. Customer service is a joke. I don't understand it.

I sold every amp I had and kept just one. Mark IV. It will cover all styles.Nothing else I really need.

Love the build quality, loved dealing with the company. Not bashing......just not a big fan of the sound.

There are a lot of amps I don't like the sound of or gel with but I don't go on rampages of they "sux" comments. I totally don't like splawn but Scott is an amazing builder n has top quality gear.doesnt mean they suck!

"the sound" which one? Their amps cover so many different sounds from fender/vox with the transatlantic, Marshall type sounds with the RA and ED to all out metal with the rectos and you can pull 10 different tones out of one amp (or more depending on the model) if you spend some time with it.it's hard to take someone seriously when they say they don't like the Mesa sound, as if it's one sound

For what it's worth, I've been a straight Fender guy for the past 10 year or so (my last non-Fender tube amp was a Mesa Studio .22+). I will be buying a Mark V in the next couple months. It's time for a channel switcher again, and I think Mesa offers the best combinations of features vs. price. Can't wait.
