Excellent condition Rev G Triple Rectifier with Mr. Scary Mod. New power tubes with maybe 2 hours on them. I blacked out the face plate and replaced the knobs. If you clicked on this you know what a powerhouse it is. Local deal in northern NJ only. Would consider trades for other high gain heads of similar value. Will add cash on my end for a trade if needed.
It does give more gain. It allows for better gain staging. Where I would normally have the gain way up without the mod, I can keep the amps gain knob at around 11-noon. This keeps the amp tighter and less flubby. The mod adds some low end as well. Here’s the link with more info:
