I snag a mark IV but i am not sure if its a rev A or B.... mine have a long chassis and logo not "boogie" but "mesa boogie"....

I picked up a IVa from GC during covid and also a IVb locally. The A was beat to hell. Sent it to Mike at Mesa for a full overhaul. Side by side they were almost identical to me. The A was a little darker but I could eq them to be the same. The A was also noisier. The B was mint. Sold the A for about 2500 on reverb and kept the B

I have a B and I love it. I sold my first one and immediately regretted it. I ordered another one like 2 weeks later and paid more than I sold my original for. I think I paid 600 more and it didn't have the recent servicing and new headshell that mine did. Oh well live and learn.

I listed my mark iv a few weeks ago along with my 6505. Thankfully I came to my senses. I don't have a ton of amps and the ones I do have replaced the ones I sold and regretted
6505 replaced the 5150 sig I sold like an idiot a month before Ed died.
The Orion replaced the Ares which replaced the 50 watt orthos I had.
The Atla replaced the Skeleton Key I had which replaced my Monomyth ceriatone 2204 which replaced the 1974 Monomyth modded super lead.
Replaced my Mark IVb with a Mark IVb.

I'm an idiot sometimes and run into spots where I think "I could use the money more than the amp". Then a few weeks or months later I'm trying to figure out how to get a replacement.

Thankfully the Atla does all the Marshall tones I want. The Mark IV give me my beloved Mark tone. 6505 covers my 5150 needs and I always like having a KSR on hand.
