I've been considering buying one of these amps for a while, but please... Four days to go and over $900.00 ! Jesus, is that because it's red stripe or something?

nope they've just gone up in price.

My first on I got I paid $600, I was watching one on ebay recently the went for $1300 BIN.

No doubt $1300 is crazy for a mark III ! Lunatics with too much money on their hands IMO.

I got my MKIII Blue stripe short head for like just under $600. It has all the EQ/Verb/Simul-class and it had been in storage for years so it was in absolutely mint condition

If they're going up in value.. then thats cool for the people who already own MKIII's.. not so good for future buyers though

Just be patient you will find a mark III loaded for $700 to $800 in no time.

Wow. There were Mark III's all over craigslist a few months ago. For ridiculous prices like $500-$600 too
