Zakk has a beautiful signature. Mine is such chicken scratch. Does he run the carbon copy bright into a broken up amp being pushed by that OD? How the hell doesn't that sound like shit?

LOL! No, I didn’t bring up Fractal. I didn’t really want to bring up that I was in an Ozzy tribute either but my wife did. LOL! Wasn’t sure how he’d feel about it and I’m a nobody so didn’t really want to talk about myself. But he said that it was cool that I do the tribute.
Here’s some videos of him playing my guitar on stage. Short clip of Suicide Solution and Fairies Wear Boots in it's entirety.

Dude, as far as tribute bands go, you guys are the real deal. You ain't a nobody to us man! I think Zakk would freak if he saw you guys' clips. And your wife sounds a lot like mine too...can't take her anywhere!

Yep! She’s definitely not afraid to say what’s on her mind. One of the many things I love about her.

Congrats Todd! That’s money well spent!
Thanks brother! Hope all is well with you! What rig you rollin with these days?

Man that is super cool--glad you got to meet them and hope you enjoy the guitar...Rock On

Dude, your post brought me to tears. In a very good way. That is amazing as hell. I have been an Ozzy fan since Blizzard came out, when I was a wee lad. My older Sister got Blizzard for Christmas (on Vinyl of course) and I got AC/DC For those about to rock. I believe it was 1981. My sister wasn't into that kind of music and I was in the making of a metal head. She gave me Blizzard a few days later and said "You can have this". :worship: I was beside myself at how awesome it was and still feel the same to this day.

Fast forward a bit. I followed Ozzy from that day on. Jake, Zakk. Fucking amazing players. Then, Zakk's Pride and Glory came about and is a favorite of mine. Fuck I wish they would have done another one of those albums. Then the Zakk solos stuff, Book of Shadows. Fucking loved it. BLS came out, So, I think I have been a Zakk fan for a few years now.

Anyway, Thank you so much for sharing your experience with me.

I heard Blizzard for the first time at my friends house. It was his sisters album! LOL! Loved Pride and Glory. Hope he does another someday. The new BLS album is so good. His vocals, melody and lyrics really shine on it. His playing seems to have matured a bit too. Especially on the track The Day That Heaven Had Gone Away. I think it’s my favorite BLS album.

Very cool! Great pics too!

And the guitar looks awesome as well.
When Wylde Audio guitars first came out, there were a few duds, visually speaking, in the line-up, but this is something to be proud of. I always dug the orange/amber + (matte) black scheme.

Cool to see a pic of his pedalboard too!
Brings back memories of seeing his pedalboard in the Rockstar movie, where I immediately pointed out the anachronism to my non-musician buddy "That Boss Chorus Ensemble pedal wasn't released yet in the year the movie supposedly takes place"... My buddy was all like "Dude, who cares?!"...years later I came across a similar post on a drummers forum, where someone pointed out the cymbals were also from a way more modern line.

Saw Ozzy and Zakk in 2007 live, when his voice was still pretty good. They opened with Bark at the Moon (one of my fave's)! Saw Sabbath live in 2016, that was quite horrendous. Good to hear that it was better for you.

Awesome, looks like a great time. I've met Tremonti a few times, Dream Theater, etc. I'm sure Ozzy and Zakk would have been a trip.

"told me where to meet him after the show to pick up my guitar and poster and my wife" This doesn't sound right hahahaha!!!!

Everything is great, thanks! I’ve been using a Bogner Shiva 20th Anniversary the past few years as my main weekly gigging amp. I mainly use the 5153 50w for home use now (or Bias through computer monitors). I traded my original 5153 100 for a SLO last year. Turns out that may wind up being an excellent acquisition since Soldano is closing up shop.

I still love watching your videos and it’s great to see the large number people showing up to your shows. Rock is definitely not dead. Your live tone continues to be stellar. I’m assuming it’s the AX8 still?

Thanks man. Yeah, still using the AX8. I have the Axe-Fx III but the AX8 is just so easy and convenient to gig with I’m sticking with it for now. Once the sound gap starts growing more between the them I’ll probably switch the the III.
