Great article and a fun read!

Looks like he has recorded his amps/cabs as presets into a kemper and then uses them for recording (obviously he uses real amps too, but his use of the kemper is pretty cool in my mind). Would be pretty cool to get hands on those, as here is someone who really knows how to get tones in the studio! Just look at the albums this guy has worked on (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Wagener)

Anyways, thought people would enjoy this!
 
I'll never forget when I read MW's breakdown of Nuno's guitar tone on Pornograffiti and Vito Bratta's guitar tone on White Lion. Same guitar, same amp with the same settings, same cab, totally different tone.

Highly doubt they used the same guitar? Pickups would also play a diff there but I know what you are getting at and i agree. The player makes the biggest difference.. I think he eluded to the fact that Nuno was hard to work with though, bit of a diva. I can def. see that.
