Yes, it works wonders. It's a bit overkill if you're just changing channels though.

I mis-read. I'm using the Ground Control Pro. I think Reza is too.

can the Diezel phantom power it? I can't find a Ma requirement on the Ground Control and I know the Diezel Max is 500 Ma

The Pro? Yes. I just use a 7pin midi cable. No problems. Works flawlessly.
