I've said absolutely nothing personally or professionally negative about Mike's work. Only random blanket opinions of amp modding.. If nothing else, I'm sure Fortin is eating up every post on every forum that mentions his name. "any press is good press" isn't is?

Sorry, no walking it back now. Your not obama. The thread is about Mike's work, you posted what you did, and now you want to say you were not talking about Mike? You've now added liar to your self-induced list of character flaws that you have put on a public forum.
There is a reason those of us who have dealt with Mike are defending him, and its that you obviously dont know WTF you are talking about, and are willing to demean his character to throw in your 2 cent opinion by lumping him in with everyone else who may or may not be guilty of what your describing. Yes, we have free speech here on the forum, and yes, you are entitled to your own opinion, however misleading and full of shit that it is, but everyone here who actually knows first hand how full of shit you are has the right to call you out on it. i actually called and spoke to mike once. very polite and respectful. I would not hesitate to do business with him. good people in my book. i think these forums are not a good thing for modders or amp makers, just because there are to many dicks talking out of their asses trying to bait them into having a confrontation. it's happened with almost everyone of them at one time or another.

Exactly. I bought a Cali mod 3rd, maybe 4th hand? Ot went out (Ceriatone) after one gig, took it to my tech and he needed help. I called Mike and he called me back in like 10 minutes, helped me and my tech replace the transformer. Its really simple...you don't want to pay 800 for a mod? Then don't. As I mentioned before his rate is right there with the other best Marshall modders out there. No more, no less.
