Sound good to me. I like hearing the amp being played as is. Not another demo playing VH songs that weren’t recorded with a Jose. Trying to shoehorn the riffs in.

Actually that is one of the benefits of this amp. It’s shown that the early VH sound was clearly not a Jose.

Well OP, I thought your lead playing was really good. Hard to hear in this video how it's different than my BE50, but I look forward to one day trying the Jose. It seems the Jose has a lot of low end, given that most people do not turn the bass up past 5 and there is no thump. No response knob might be a blessing for me, as I just said in another thread that my BE sounds best with the response at 0. Anyway, I'm jealous.

Question: would this Jose sound closer to the Kill 'em All tone or would the BE100 sound closer?

I appreciate you putting it up. I did notice instantly a total difference (much better) when the guy aimed the camera at the amp for about 3 seconds. I bet it was punching in the room! I think most of what we are hearing is reflected off those walls. Not that it matters
