More Queensryche drama

I listened to tracks from Geoff's first solo album. I can't say I'm upset he's gone, but I bet the truth lies somewhere in between what Geoff has said and what's in the other side's statement.

If they want to blame Geoff for the decline, we'd better see a dramatic increase in quality with their new music. Time will tell, we can judge when both camps have released new musci. I wish them all success, but I'm not holding my breath that the new music from either camp will be better.

I figured there had to be more going on than what Geoff said a week or so back. His side of the story didn't really add up.
 
This story can explain a lot of reasons why they seemed to have been phoning in their performances and their albums for the past few years.

When you play and write music and feel like you're stuck in bad situation and/or under strict stifled control, you probably end up not giving two shits about performing with any intensity for a while. Sounds like the rest of the guys finally woke up.

Either way, I wish both sides the best.
 
If I read it correctly, it seems like Tate's son-in-law will be staying with QR.

I've had a feeling that Goeff and his wife were primarily responsible for the band becoming TOTAL CRAP over at least the past decade. Looks like those feelings were correct. What a sad, pathetic joke. Talk about "ROCK STAR SYNDROME". The guy's as pathetic as Axle Rose.

I'll bet Chris just shakes his head at this news, due to KNOWING it was gonna go down this way and being GLAD he left the drama years ago.

BTW... I want to give Geoff a hearty "F#CK YOU" for being such a diva/douche/dickhead for all of these years! Cripes man... look in the mirror for once and SEE that you're just an entertainer, and a PISS-POOR one at that any more. Quit pretending that you and your wife shit 24K golden turds! :lol: :LOL:

No, but I'd assume he's intimate with the daughter since they're married. Seems like it would be rough on the marriage to boot your father in law from the band.
