As for the spitting in the clips, GT is one seriously messed up individual!
Has anyone checked the recent Rising West live clips of QR's old material? TLT does a better Tate live than Tate himself even in his prime IMO.

Geez talk about childish behavior on Tates part... I have heard some stories but having it all on blabbermouth as quotes in legal documents is just beyond me. Im sure the remainder of the band had no choice.
Now with that said, If they can get DeGarmo out of his plane and back on stage ! That would be one helluv a show !
