Watched the shit show last night, sucked bad, didn't know who half the people were. I only watched ti see Nuno shredding some Ozzy! Killed it as usual! Nice little tribute to Ozzy for sure.

This Youngblud kid seems alright and he's done well with marketing but he is also so over the top he's almost like a Steel Panther " rock" star. Not even sure if he writes his own music but most of it seems like it was pretty terrible to me. He's all pouty duck lips and eye liner all the time and constantly crotch grabbing and girating. Cheesy as all hell. Clearly targeting young girls and bored moms. They are trying way too hard to tie him in with Ozzy and having him break in to the North American market. Vocal wise he's average at best and yells a lot. There really is nothing there besides the look.

Nuno is great but his bill lawrence pups need changing.. so squawky in the high end. The exact reason I removed mine after a year. It is a very unforgiving pup but so scratchy on the high end.

The Soundman needs to be shot for not kicking up the fader on Joe Perry's guitar

Steven Tyler is a bit of a freak.... but he looked like he was clutching Joe to save him from that wierdo singing next to him

But.. when was the last time that was real music on MTV?

When is the last time we cared about MTV? As for Nuno yes, rumor has it he has a custom line of his own guitars coming out. Apparently there is a website but it is a "coming soon" sort of thing. Theories are either that Washburn will build it for him as an off brand or that it could even be FU Tone involved in it. Washburn is tight lipped and when they were asked about it, they referred to it as a custom guitar with no plans to build any others. Interpret that as you wish... there, i summed up gearpage and other forums for you in 3 sentences, your welcome.

Last time I even cared about anything MTV, Extreme was in regular rotation
 
The sound from these award shows usually suck but I dug the energy. I didn’t care much for YungThug before but I’ve gotta give him props for showing reverence to Ozzy. I could be wrong but he seems to have earned respect from the legends if they are going to share the stage. Of course it could be just another paycheck. My little happy ass hopes some kid out there geeked out at Nuno’s playing and picks up the guitar.

He didn't play that great though..I'm a big Nuno fan too and I think his work with Extreme is off the charts but him playing Ozzy stuff is just "cool". He actually looked mortal.

I love that high end of that pick up . Used one for years . Clean ass pick up .
The Lundgreds remind of them with out the treble you hate
