Mtv VMAs

Are you talking about the red wire BLs?

Try the ones made by Bill's wife & daughter (wildepickups.com)

I actually got one straight from Bill's wife a few years back. Great crunch but it can be too much in the high's and it really is rather unforgiving for lead work so you need to be sharp ( which obviously Nuno and Dime were/are) I loved it for rythm but lead... less so.

He didn't play that great though..I'm a big Nuno fan too and I think his work with Extreme is off the charts but him playing Ozzy stuff is just "cool". He actually looked mortal.
Nuno killed it at Ozzy's final concert as sorta the house guitarist, he really shined that day. Agree, this was not that great and his tone was weak.

Nuno on point as usual...Vocals performances across the board were an embarrassment
This yungblud kid to me yells a lot.. has some power but doesn't really show a ton of vocal ability. A lot of his studio stuff is very heavily produced and auto tuned so all I can conclude is people like his look. They are selling his verging on annorexic zoolander body for marketing purposes. He also sounds like a dock worker which I suppose makes him more relatable? Sounds to me like he puts it on for effect. For anyone to think he is carrying on the torch or breaking in to the rock scene is ridiculous.

Who was the guy on the Les Paul for changes?? ... looked a bit like Wolfgang but they never showed a close shot

Are we at a turning point for Rocks triumphant return?

Did Ozzy’s passing resurrect guitar led music?

I’m not too impressed by this Youngblood guy, but I don’t hate it. Though if he is getting the youngins interest, then I would have to say it’s a good thing.

When is the last time we cared about MTV? As for Nuno yes, rumor has it he has a custom line of his own guitars coming out. Apparently there is a website but it is a "coming soon" sort of thing. Theories are either that Washburn will build it for him as an off brand or that it could even be FU Tone involved in it. Washburn is tight lipped and when they were asked about it, they referred to it as a custom guitar with no plans to build any others. Interpret that as you wish... there, i summed up gearpage and other forums for you in 3 sentences, your welcome.

Wasn’t great, wasn’t awful. In other words it was a TV awards show performance 😂.
Yeah, they’re pushing this guy hard but it seems it’s just an attempt at riding the Ozzy concert thing, where people were creaming themselves over a guy with an average range screeching Changes. His own music is pretty poppy, so I’m not sure why they think he can be a rock star.
I think he might rate high on the Twat meter to use the English vernacular.

Some label & PR firm have anointed him as the next shiny thing for x demographic
He's making me think of Robbie Williams after he quit Take That and became this troubled soul that appealed to the heart of the english youth...except he actually wrote or cowrote a lot of his own songs and they were catchy, not regurgitate auto tuned rock pop like yungblud is doing. He was quirky too and knew how to work the crowd. Williams had a killer drummer for a lot of his live stuff too. Bet you anything he learned a thing or two watching Robbie work the crowds..

In 2003 if you were young, single and ready to mingle you would have wanted to be at that show. The hot girl quotient was stellar.
