My amps are out of phase

They are both the same around the same volume, one is mainly lows and the other mids and highs though, so the mids/highs might sound louder/carry more. I'd REALLY like to try to get this to work before I start changing gear up. I may just have to go back to recording them separately, I don't like that though because it's hard to dial them in when I can't hear both at the same time. I tried using the delay and dragging the audio. They seemed to me off by about 70-90 samples. It just went from sounding weird to a different kind of weird

 Since I don't know what a re-cone is, I'm going to say no. Is that a refurbished speaker or something?

Yes, the paper cone of the speaker is replaced with a new one.

It's been a very long time since I've recorded guitar like this. Mentioned earlier, could it be volume matching? Matching distance of each mic to the cone? Or, crazy idea, mid frequencies are more directional...so the "more bass" amp's mic should be a little closer?

Maybe a buddy could move mics around while you monitor?

I've been moving mics all over the place for more than three days. It makes no difference for some reason. You can see pics of the waves with different mic positions in one of my previous posts above. The Mesa is set up for mostly low end and low mids, the VHT is set for mostly upper mids and top end. I try to get them close but yes, the VHT probably carries more. Should I try turning up the Mesa up? I won't be able to blast my amps until Monday.

Thanks!

I don't know if this helps, but here's what it sounds like. I recorded this a low volumes, to minimize bleed. I also tried to make their tone a little closer than before to minimize volume gaps. As a result, the tone's not very good, lol.

Both: 0:00-0:05, Mesa: 0:05-0:13, VHT: 0:13-0:28. Both, one having inverted phase: 0:28-end

Both, normal: 0:00-0:12 Both, one with the phase inverted: 12-end

This sounds the best IMHO.

I agree, but there's still something wrong. That's not what the amps sound like when recorded separately, or what they sound like by ear(I know that they never do). There is something wrong with the lows, or the low mids, they have a fuzz like tone to them. It's not as tight and I'm pretty sure that it's because the waves are off. I've tried every mic position, flipping phase switches, reversing polarities, there may not be a solution to this problem.

Maybe this is one of those problems that's best left unsolved

Radial Twin City ABY amp switcher. Great pedal and will solve all your phasing problem, not expenvise at all.
It never leaves my pedal board.
