My beef with Jacksons

My 2009 PC-1 was all screwed up. Jacksons QC at the time must've been non existent. The nut was too far from the first fret, frets were lifting, the truss rod was set too deep into the neck. All on a $3000 USA guitar.

Jackson replaced the neck and now it's one of my gigging guitars. It's almost ready for a refret which I think is another issue. How soft are dunlop frets nowadays? It'll get SS6105's soon...
