Hey guys, I have a Kemper now. I did some test clips to just hear how it sounds through my recording setup. I plan on doing some songs with backing tracks at some point. But for now, I just wanted to have some fun. I debated whether or not to post these. Mainly due to the fact that I am not as satisfied with my playing! LOL I mean; I just recorded these for the fun of it and wasn't trying to do something completely serious. It was to just get some awesome tones!
Anyway, here we go:
Mesa Boogie MKIII Coliseum

Marshall 1987X
https://soundcloud.com/motrock/kpa-1987-test-clip
1970 Marshall Plexi
https://soundcloud.com/motrock/kpa-1970-plexi-clip
My big complaint was that I couldn't get the Plexi to sound as big and loud as the 1987 and Coliseum.
Anyone know how to record on 3 tracks at once in Garageband? I like to do a Left, Center, and Right on my guitar to make it sound louder and fuller. But I have been copying and pasting tracks over and over. Is it possible to record on multiple tracks at once in Garageband? I have an Apogee Duet. The Kemper is hooked in... in stereo.
Well, let me know what you guys think!
Not sure who did the Coliseum.... but man they nailed the Whitesnake tone!
