Nothing like Slayer live...last time I saw them (2017 I believe) with Anthrax and Death Angel they absolutely killed it They played so many older tunes off Hell Awaits, Show No Mercy, South of Heaven, Reign in Blood.

Thx a lot guys, that means a lot to me! Yeah the postomortem is my favourite one! I used 3 guitar tracks - sm 57 in 3 different positions - 2x12 celestion gold (lol I know right?) - rane PE parametric eq (cut and boost specific frequencies is a must for the mark III )

I am pretty sure you can nail these tones using ur mark IV. I am not sure, but I think the mark IV is easier to record - since my blue stripe is so damn bright!

Actually, a Canadian buddy who used to have the blue stripe couldn't stand how bright this thing really was and sold it. Then he found a got deal on a mark 4 and hasn't looked back since then. As much as I love my blue stripe, I think it's time for me to find a mark 4 and AB them! I know it won't be as raw and aggressive as the blue stripe, but I'm pretty sure I'll be able to use to set the presence and the 2200 6600 slides high again!
