hey everyone!

i've always been a major league Alice fan -- and just recently, his guitarist Damon Johnson left the band to play with the current incarnation of Thin Lizzy.

Orianthi is replacing him til the end of this year. but in 2012, i WANT THAT JOB!

anyway i made this clip specifically for the occasion and have been peppering the Cooper camp with it -- even former Alice axeman Al Pitrelli gave it his endorsement and forwarded it to the Coop!

.....my primary guitar sound is the FAS Lead preset on the Fractal Audio AxeFX, with special effects courtesy of the Eventide Pitchfactor and the Boss Super Shifter.

thanks for watching.

Awesome, Andee! You should get the job - well done. Huge Alice fan here... the original group was amazing! Love it to Death through Muscle of Love rule!

Excellent, nice playing, I really enjoyed that. Hound him for that gig, and good luck.

Can't watch the vid here at work, but will watch later. I've been a huge Alice fan since I was a kid. I have his Leno appearance from last week on my DVR, but haven't watched it yet.

thanks everyone! of course i wanted to include way more Alice faves into the medley ("Serious", "Muscle of Love", "Clones")....but i had to keep this thing down to a bearable length.

i appreciate the props!

Sounds great and you got the chops to pull it off. Good luck!

I've always said that would be a cool gig for a guitar player. Lots of different styles through the different eras of Alice to play. Would not be boring for a guitar player. I've seen him many times with different guitar players and it seems like they all brought something cool and a little different to the tunes live. Welcome to my Nightmare with just two guitars, no keys, horns, tracks, etc. comes to mind. That was pulled off rather well and impressed me.

Very good, I hope you get a shot. If you need another guy, let me know, been a Cooper fan since 76!

Awesome!! I'm a huge Alice fan, always have been. My cousin who worked for Alive Enterprises was very close with him to the point that Alice would come here to New York to stay with him just outside of Woodstock.

Not to hijack the thread, but I had to ask...........did you play with Pop Star Kids? If so, my friend Chris Mahoney did a gig with you guys, Bully, and Jerry Gaskill in the Village several years ago. Great music and playing that night for sure!

Nice playing, I could see u in the band. I have seen alice a few times over the years. I know Ryan roxie was not in the band last time I saw alice. I heard he is doing a few shows with much of the lineup from the early years which could be cool to see.
