Sounds pretty good as it is but will put it back as close to stock as possible. Had an effects loop installed at some point and there’s a hodgepodge of tubes that I’ll replace as well as the impedance selector. Three 800 cabs with white label 75’s non vented were also part of the deal.

Congrats! Is that non boosted? Got some nice gain to it. Once it's back to stock, maybe the tech can put in a bright cap for you to try? On my 72 I clipped one leg of the cap, it did make the volume taper much better but kind of neutered the amp vs stock.
Lately I've been double boosting mine with an OD1X first, then a Joyo Uzi (BE OD clone) next right before the amp. Gets super heavy; and the volume knob on the Uzi acts like a master vol. I'll probably grab a BE OD to compare.
You got a steal for that amp + cabs....enjoy!

That clip is with the channels jumped, high treble channel dimed, normal channel at about 1:00, and the master barely opened up. I was using a Soul Food because it was the closest boost to the amp at the time.

Planning on putting the bright cap back. Waiting to hear back from the top dog tech in this area. He’s currently retired but hoping this project will pique his interest as he does do some limited work still.

None of the cabinets have casters. He got them from a guy that has a warehouse full of cabinets that get rented out as backline for touring bands. These cabs were used by Godsmack at some point and were in road cases so the casters were taken off and long gone.

Nice, sounds great

I had a 71 back around 2009 - bought and sold for around $1500 o_O it had 2 extra holes in the back but otherwise clean

I could never turn it up past 2 ... very loud and very bright
