Over the last few months I have been working at Port City Amps with Daniel Klein. Daniel has been taking me under his wing and teaching me about amp building. Daniel is one great guy to work with. Most of you have or played through his Wave Cabs but most people don't know about his amps. He makes point to point hardwired boutique amps. I bought his "Pearl"(very clean) amp from him about a year ago and was blown away by the sound and quality. We had been talking about me getting a new rig to play from him to take with me to Nashville. I was interested in getting a Sahana. 45w El34,12AX7. two gains. We spent a few hours playing it and tweaking it to more of my likings and the finished product was amazing. I am blown away. It has a very vintage feel to it. It has clarity that I still can't get over. It's not over the top with gain it has just the right amount. It has some sag to it that is awesome. The only words I come up with to really describe it are chewy and that is has a sparkle to it. I'm working on getting some clips and better pics, but I figured I'd post it here and let you guys see. Daniel's amps are great and priced fair.

To go along with the amp I got a 2x12 cab w/ scumback m75s

on the left is the new stuff, right is what I already had. Nothing like a family shot :)

Doesn't Tom Quayle use those amps? If so, they sound awesome! Congrats.

I'm the proud owner of 3 of Daniel's cabs. He's always been great to deal with. Those amps look beautiful.

That's some exciting stuff! Congrats on the NAD/NCD and the job!

Very nice! Congrats on a sweet purchase! I'm still rockin' my 2x12 Wave Cab....never gets old!
