I am officially a proud owner of an Ampeg VH 140 C! This thing RIPS! I used to have one 10 years ago or something but I had to sell it due to its weight. Now, I am just gonna convert it into a head!

Sweet, I have owned a few over the years. I have a love/hate relationship with them. Love they way they sound, hate how they always end up breaking. But man, when they are right...it's just a brutal, punishing amp.

Yeah I know what you mean! I think I need to spray the effects loop send / return because I noticed some volume drops but now that I have a patch cable it works fine

Yes this! I had a MW Dual Recto, a Wizard, and several other high gainers I can't remember along side both the VH140C and VS8100 and those two solid staters could hang. Not quite the warmth and balls obviously, but man they'd rage hard.
