Shivas are incredible. They have some of the best clean tones and reverbs you can find in a head, and the drive channel is inspiring. It's hard to describe but it sounds like a simple circuit that manages to generate a ton of harmonic richness, but it never gets bogged down or muddied up by all its gain, even though it doesn't really sound filtered. I've never heard an amp that sounds both as raw and as smooth at the same time as a Shiva.

Completely agree. I’ve had an original silver chassis, current green chassis, early shiva 20th with EL34s and this is the best of them all. EL34s in the 20th seemed congested for whatever reason.

Those are great amps I had one a few years back and loved it the clean channel is just unbelievable also. I had the exact same guitar that you're playing there one of the greatest playing guitars I ever owned!
