The Fuchs is new to me. This thing is MUSCULAR! Took a while to dial in, there are several internal trimmers plus Send and Return levels on the back. 520vdc on the plates, it is bright and it is strong. It can't do higher gain like the Boogie but it can do the tweed bassman on steroids/hgh. Which when played at volume is a lot of fun. Really well made amp. I've been wanting a G12-65 Marshall cab and now want one even more. Would be perfect for this head. I love the snakeskin too.

Congrats man! Those amps are really great, and the snakeskin tolex just adds more to it!

I've heard a lot of good things about these. Enjoy your new amp

What kind of guitar cable is that? Not sure I've seen one like that. Also, is that your mids that's on zero?

I played a Fuchs back around 2004 or so and had nice, rich tone. Reminded me of like a solid hard rock tone where you don't need a lot of gain. Great grab man!

Thanks. That cable is a George L. Sometimes I like to only use certain pedals on my pedalboard and that angled end ensures I can always squeeze it in between pedals. The bass is on 0. With that early tone stack it's like a Mark Series Boogie and for anything above medium-gain I set bass on 0.

Congrats, I've never tried a Fuchs amp, glad to hear a good review.
