^ I can't imagine anyone being anything but pleased with the amp.
It's basic. Good clean, awsesome drive, perfect effects loop, superb master volume.
Look elsewhere for edge of breakup, bluesy stuff. This amp is for heavy.

That baby has got big time chug appeal! I'm GASing to adding one of these to my collection very soon! Amazing how the Friedman's do so well at sounding and feeling amazing at truly ANY volume.

Knowing how much you like the BE, you'll dig this amp. There is a complexity to it that is just awesome. It very much reminds me of when I would play a Naylor SD60 in stereo with a DSL. You have the low mids and the Marshally crunch rolled into one. I wonder if some of the Naked DNA didn't make it's way into the BE100 to create the JJ100.

I got to play one of these on Friday and was super impressed. Reminded me of a Bogner Uberschall only smoother, but with more Marshall flavor. Sounded crushing!

Congrats, and thanks for the clips, they sounded awesome!!

Yeah, it's like the amp has the best qualities of Bogner, Naylor and Marshall all rolled into one killer sounding amp. Love it.

Thanks! My pleasure, making the clips. I make more all the time. Need to break down and make a video some day.

How does the JBE channel compare to the Naked/APC? They both seem similar-thick, dark, modern,,,but i have only heard clips of the Jj. I had a Naked a few years ago,,,wish I still had.

^ Good question. I've never played a naked, though I have had a Naylor Superdrive. I've read that the Naked is a Naylor preamp coupled with a Marshall Superlead power section. I feel like the Cantrell is the best qualities of a Bogner, Naylor and Marshall rolled into one, smooth, sexy amp. :)

Thanks for the response. Maybe ill just start a new thread to ask the question to everybody.

Ive owned both...Had a Naked a while back and a JJ now. The Naked was cool but for me the JJ has more character. The Naked is dryer and doesn't get as saturated on high gain settings. It would be cool to have them next to eachother and compare , its been a while since I had the Naked.
