The JJ is in!! I'm sooo luvin this amp!!! just played it for about an hour at low volume... I need get over to a friends house where I can turn it up soon

Hot damn! Very cool amp. I've really wanted to check one of those out. I've owned the BE, SS, and the smallbox. Not all at once though!

How would you say it stacks up against the BE and the SS ?

You've got it all right there! Congrats! I'd take that room - but swap the smallbox for a dirty shirley.

I'd bet you've got the first JJ out in the wild (besides Cantrell himself).

Sometime I'll have to ask you about the SS vs. the BE. I had that version of the BE100 and was considering either another one or the SS100. Some people have told me the lead channels sound pretty much the same and the real difference is features (switches on the BE, HBE mode). Others say they're pretty different ...

Congrats dude, killer setup!!!

Would love to hear an A/B between the JBE modded BE-100 and the JJ if you get a chance!

If you have the time could you do a quick write-up on the differences between each of the Friedman's you own? Tone wise? Since the theme is (I think anyway) "Modded Marshall's" I'd like to know if there is a major difference between the JJ, BE and SS.

Time... that's a roadblock ...I'm working 80 hours a week. I'll be building a house this spring, and need my finances to be presentable for that. I probably should've of paid off bills this last year, but couldn't resist that stack of Friedman goodness.

Anyway, I don't think you can go wrong with any Friedman...they all sound sooo good. They're all a little different. I think the best thing to do if you're looking for just one, is to get plugged in, and try them out somewhere.

I had only my Marshall SL5 combo and knew I wanted the BE from the clips, so I just started with the BE100, and went from there.

Congrats!! That's a nice collection you have going there!!  Waiting on some sort of review now!!

Damn.....you got the Blue Dress too. Looking all over for one!

Hint, hint.

Congrats on the JJ.

Added my JJ to my Friedman mountain today !!!
