Just got this on Thursday after a very long 10 month wait:

I've gotta say, it was well worth the wait. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the high gain switch is now a foot switchable boost like the BE. I'm really loving this thing. I think Dave really knocked it out of the park with this one.

Killer Amp!! Sounds awesome cranked up in live band situations! Dave offered a free upgrade to the switchable boost. Enjoy!!

Really?? Can Dave/Mark please confirm this - I've been desperate to get a SS100 but not sure about the 2 channel thing. If it's got a foot switchable boost that potentially solves my problem!

Here are pics of the footswitch and the back, notice the missing high gain switch that was on the early version. Also the channel switch on the front panel is a 3 way, clean, SS, and SS+.

Gain boost. Same as the old high gain switch I assume.

Congrats on the amp, really liking all the added features Dave is doing on his amps now. Have you ever played a BE-100? How do they compare?

I have a SS100 on the way and used to own a BE100, I'm looking forward to comparing the SS to what I remember the BE sounded like.
