It's in great shape - sounds & feels killer. Only reason I didn't grab it, is that my Bottle Rocket pretty much cover that ground.

Gets familiar with the switches - LOTS of tones available.. center position is off, right is half, left is full... download the manual to see what I mean.

Yeah and with the Saturation switches they will lower the volume a bit so don’t get nervous when it drops. Sounds thick as all get out though.

It will compliment my 5150 II well. I was looking for a modded marshall type of amplifier and even considered just wrapping my own mods into a marshall to get there. But I had always remembered that Steve put these together many moons ago, and decided it was worth a shot to see if a used one existed out there.

What boost do you run with yours? Do you notice much difference with and without? What speakers are you running?

I love this clip and it definitely opened up my eyes on these amps a bit more. I knew they were well made but I was not aware how brutal they can get until I heard this.

What boost do you run with yours? Do you notice much difference with and without? What speakers are you running?

I use my Maxon OD808 with it. I prefer it with the boost.....but then I boost almost every amp. I just like what the 808 brings table.

My main cab has very well broken in V30s. I know some people don’t like them, but I do.

Called to pick it up today and it will be available tomorrow.

No clips anytime soon - sorry guys. I had to sell off almost all of my gear over the years to help cover living expenses in college. Both 4x12s, a Tremoverb, an ESP MII custom, an Ibanez Prestige, and all effects went on the chopping block I'm literally starting over with two guitars and my 5150

I don't even have recording gear. Best you'd get is a cell phone video, anyway

I'll be sure to post pics as soon as I get it, but clips will have to wait until I have something of a rig together again and a place to practice.
