I was unboxing the amp and the store manager was like "no shit is that a henning?" and was telling all of the other dudes how extremely rare they are over here on the east coast and that they'd probably never see another one in the store again.

I plugged into it and ran it through it's paces, it's got the bite

Not quite as gained out as Tony's but that's nothing a tube swap and a boost can't handle

It's in great shape - sounds & feels killer. Only reason I didn't grab it, is that my Bottle Rocket pretty much cover that ground.

Gets familiar with the switches - LOTS of tones available.. center position is off, right is half, left is full... download the manual to see what I mean.

Yeah and with the Saturation switches they will lower the volume a bit so don’t get nervous when it drops. Sounds thick as all get out though.

So I read this comment now

I had the saturation switches on when testing it at the store and wondered what it sounded like switched off. The volume jump was insane
