2009 DSL-100 UK made, brand new condition, played 6 times in the last 3 years.

I'm a happy man ...

That's the MLB version. Same one I had last. Great amp. You scored!

I like the cold cash laid out on the blue bandana. Straight up gangsta.

Friedman Hmmm ........ ?

No, this is gonna be a stock amp for now.

Trace @ VooDoo does some amazing things with DSL's, I'd prolly have him tweak it if I go that route.

Frankly the Ultra on the red channel w/a cleen boost is Thunderous ... \m/ \m/

Getting some serious Rawk outta this amp.

Thanks for the kind words. ;)

Clips later ...

I had number #39... Wish I still did for sentimental reasons.

I was like 17 at the time, wanted a dual rectifier but couldn't afford one. Saw this in a guitar world, well that it was coming out and was to battle the dual rec. I could make this one happen.

Went to the local guitar store and placed an order for one. It was a three month wait.

Sold a car, worked all summer as a life guard and finally had a big boy amp. Mine was one of the first to hit the USA, number #39

DAMMIT! That's the amp I'm trying to get my hands on. I've never even personally played one, but my gut is telling me I need to get a JCM 2000 DSL-100.

Awesome!

I feel it's one of the most underrated amps, especially around these parts. There's a reason that many recording artist request them as part of the backline when booking venues. They have that basic core Marshall tone and are extremely versatile.

It was also my first "big boy" amp, purchased back in 2004 after graduating.

Ok, I feel stupid, but what does MLB mean?

I just did a little research and found that a DSL100MLB was made in limited quantities in 2009 only. It was matched w/ a cheap cab to keep the cost down. It was the only DSL with black piping vs white and had a black back panel vs gold. It was made in England and is otherwise exactly the same as previous DSL's.

the fortin mod values for this amp are floating around here somewhere.

you gotta dig though, its been ages since i remember seeing those.

The DSL is one of the most common and used backline amps, second only to the Twin Reverb.

Too excited for your NAD to put some pants on huh?!

Sounds good.

I'll bet your neighbors don't like when you get a new amp.
