What do you consider yourself then ?It's just so hard for me to answer this because I don't really consider myself a guitar player. Steve Howe has inspired me a lot, as far as overall ideas. A lot of Steely Dan stuff all over. Eric Johnson, Wes Borland.
Nice. If we’re doing bass.Troy Sanders

No Flea? You reminded me to add Frusciante anyways.Nice. If we’re doing bass.

Actually both those guys influenced me greatly. Ironically Frusciante more than Flea. I actually hung out with John one night not too long after he bailed on the BSSM tour. He was really, REALLY fucked up. Not in a normal way either. In the kinda way that produces an album like “Niandra Lades and Usually Just A T-Shirt”. Which I think is a spectacular album. He happened to be banging a tattoo artist I knew.No Flea? You reminded me to add Frusciante anyways.
100% agree. No doubt BSSM was a seminal record for me and all that shit like Sir Psycho and Apache Rose Peacock just fucking kick ass, but I really get off on those first 4 records with Hillel.
100% agree.
