LOL... I'm in OC so let's hit that on a weekend. If you happen to be out this way before I get out there, let me know (even on a weekday).

i'm telling you man this namm show was pretty doggone cool!

i wished i had seen the phil x/steve stevens/pete thorn show, and only got to a tiny fraction of the gear i normally see, but it was still a blast hanging with friends, taking my son to his first NAMM, and seeing INCREDIBLE performances by guthrie, gambale, gales, feraud, and landau.

Was great to see you brotatoahs. Eric was KILLING it, and that guy screaming in the video needs to not finish a magnum of Kettle with friends before he leaves the hotel room next year. ;)

Bogner Atma was very cool and punchy and had a crazy array of tones inside.

Randall 45 was ripping as well. Light weight, many crispy organic tones, and the price point is going to make it fly off the shelves.

The game changer for me was the Kemper. Floored is all I can say.

brodisatva that was hilarious at the gales demo!!!
we had him and his old lady cracking up and all the old uptight arm crosser dudes puckering!

put some stAnK on it eric!
LOL! :hys: :hys:

i wasnt sold on the kemper but it'd be great to have a device like it or axe2 for easy gigging like we talked about
i loved the two rock exo, bogner atma, and friedman steve stevens
also the trace elliot acoustic amps and carbon fiber acoustic guitars were incredible!

Who's making the carbon fiber guitars? Most of the one's I played in the past left me wanting.

peavey composite acoustics.
i've played a TON of acoustics and been left cold over the years, but the combo of these they had at the show and the trace elliot amps were not only amazing tone but a joy to play. i was shocked as i have never played a peavey acoustic anything before.

these are still the ultimate acoustics imo but $$$$$$:
