NCD and what a nice surprise!!!!!

Picked up a 1960 lead and opened the back to rewire and SURPRISE!!!!
2 EV 12L 200w dated 1989 cross pattern with an English V30 444 cone and a G12H 70th ann.
I thought the cab was heavy after loading it the truck and I now know why......
I won't say what I paid for it but lets just say it barely covered to cost of ONE of the EVs.....
The Gear Gods have smiled upon me today!!!!!!

Count me in as well!!!! I tossed one in a Bogner Shiva ported 1x12 and oh my!!! Acts just like a theile cabinet under my Boogie combo......Big Fat Clean....... Cleaned the fizzy out of my Orange as well..........

Great loud speakers if you want clear undistorted, amp tone. Some like speaker break up...

Yes I have another.V30.......I am going to purchase another 70th anniversary to try as well....I put clips on the celestions for now until I settle on a pair......

I usually run one BL and either a 12L or an SRO Alnico (if I want some break up). If you just use BLs it's a little dark for my taste.

I usually run one BL and either a 12L or an SRO Alnico (if I want some break up). If you just use BLs it's a little dark for my taste.

I hit it with a GE-7 on the front of the Mk III or the para eq on the ibanez ue 405. I find opening up the volume helps.
