New Cab Day!
Bogner Front-Loaded Uberkab 4x12.
I got this mint UberKab on sat. Dude only had it a year and kept in his recording studio.
He Lived on the other side of Texas. He paid for a “Uber” like service but with truck drivers/movers. So they can make extra money and utilize extra room, I suppose. Way better than UPS. He strapped it down, underneath blankets, to the inside of his cabin.
Anywho, this cab is BANANAS. I used to have one, but sold it after I sold my twin jet, after I got my slax stack. I sold it to a buddy though, but always missed it.
I was recently talking to a buddy on here about the Jp2c.
His fave cab was the uberkab for it.
After owning the Jp2c a while, I thought it would be a great match as well.
I was playing it through my diezel FL v30 cab. Which sounded awesome and punishing as well.
Now with this Uberkab, it’s like a perfect match for what I was wanting.
It gave it more sizzle and bite, also a little extra scoop. I forgot how tight and crisp this cab is.
I’m really glad I have another one.
I recently picked up a jcm900 Marshall with the t75’s (but as we know they are rear loaded)
And tried to combo it with the diezel v30 cab.
It was Not the same as this front loaded Uberkab. The UberKab is Really tight and brings more aggression. So I sold that Marshall cab quick, and then I found this gem.....

The JP2c and uberkab also sound fantastic for lower volume playing together. Prob the best big bottle tube amp/cab combo I’ve tried for late night (while the kids are sleeping) practice.

Congrats! I was looking at one for a minute for my 2B Coliseum but I snoozed on it and it's gonzo. Oh well.

Congrats! I’ve owned my Ubercab for almost 9 years now and have always loved it. And I agree it’s the perfect match for the Mark series amps. I’ve got a iic+ HRG and 3 coliseum mark iii++’s I use with them and used to own a mark v and iii that also were equally well matched with it.

How’s it compare to the Butterslax cab you got? How’s its tightness compare to the Diezel cab? I’ve heard the Diezel 4x12 FL should still be tighter, but I’ve not heard the 2 cabs side by side before

Nice. I've got the same Diezel and Bogner as you AND a JP2C. I play my JP2C through the Diezel.

What did you pay for it?

Damn I have a Jp2c a Twin Jet and a 101B... Guess maybe I should want this. I run my JP through an oversized Mesa angled 4/12that does slay... Have an old Marshall 4/12 straight gh30s The Twin jet through that cab nails 80s metal verbatim!!

Awesome combo man. I bet that slays.

It’s an awesome metal tone. Just what I was after, my slax covers the other spectrum.

They don’t pop up often. I waited this guy out a couple weeks, but had to have it!
They do sound great with marks

It sounds great through the diezel also, Don’t get me wrong.
I really like running the v30 diezel cab with my K100 cab in stereo.
The Bogner cab brings the extra little scoop and sizzle to the Jp2c I really like. They are both tight and bring the goods though.
I got it for $650 delivered to my door  and it looks amazing also. Worth it to me.

Cool you feel the same about the uberkab and mark Amps.
I havent compared it really to the slax cab. I pretty much only play the slax stack together. I did remember liking the uberkab with the slax a while ago when I had it. I’ll let you know when I get a chance to run the slax through both again. The slax just sounds perfectly mated with that big 412:15 cab, I hardly separate them.
That’s prob how this Jp2c and uberkab will be also.
The Bogner and diezel cabs are both tight. Any differences would be more in the speakers than the cab. The diezel has different bracing inside. But it gives a different feel in the low end. They both feel very tight though. No flub in either cab. No issues in that department at all.

This cab sounded good with the twin jet, I owned (2) of them. I much prefer my Butterslax and Jp2c over the Uber though. Much tighter amps with more bite and slice for my preference.
The cab will def help the Bogner Amps, but is the perfect match for the Jp2c
I did own a couple of those oversized Mesa 4x12, angled and straight. Was not a fan, unless the amp was crazy bright. I sold those cabs, never regretted it.
