Counting down the hours until my cab arrives today.

I'm either going to put a Scumback H55 (bottom)/BH75 (top) in there or a Hellatone 60L (bottom)/WGS Reaper HP (top) mix in it. I can't decide.

I will do a comparison between it and my semi-open back vertical Dr. Z, which has somewhat similar dimensions.

Really looking forward to it.

So, I put in the Hellatone 60L on top and the WGS Reaper HP on bottom. That cab sounds incredible!! And you have to factor that the WGS Reaper HP is not broken in; in fact, I really do NOT like this speaker out of the box, which it is, out of the box in this application.

In a long hallway, about 75 long and 25 wide, this cab really outperformed the Bogner OS 2x12, and that was with an unbroken in harsh speaker (WGS) in the Forte.

I am going to throw the Scumbacks H55/BH75 in there. H55 on bottom for a HUGE thump and the BH75 on top. However, I'm inclined to see how the Hellatone 60L would mix with either speaker in that cab?

Something like this:

Top Bottom
60L H55
or
BH75 60L
or
BH75 H55

I really wish these cabs had more of a buzz. You have to factor that in the last 3 months I've had and,or played through Splawn 2x12, Egnater TM 2x12, Mesa 2x12, Homemade Veritcal semi-open 2x12 (my 2nd favorite). In the past I had a PC Wave OS 2x12, which I sold, b/c I found it too directional, but still a great cab.

I'm a Forte believer. More reviews to come.
