NCD: Friedman 2x12

OK I actually got it a few days ago... I just thought I'd share my experience with the 2x12 cabinet so far. In short I am extremely happy! I have a Smallbox 50 on order but the other reason I got the cab is to get more output, and obviously bass, out of my little JCM1. I'm a total noob when it comes to cabinets but this thing seems to have very high build quality, sounds fantastic with the V30's, and looks good too. The baby 1W Marshall takes on a whole new tonal quality and is surprisingly loud.

Kudos to Dave and the guys at Tone Merchants, who have been great to work with thus far. Now I'm jonesing even harder for the Smallbox!

Good to hear, I like the size of the cab, too.
Makes for easy transport.

Definitely, the size and weight are more manageable. Our "studio" right now is a corner of the living room so a 4x12 is not practical.
