New damaged guitar day, lol. Got this Jackson pro sd origins but unfortunately, it's going back thanks to fedex. I did have a question on the Floyd. This is my first guitar having a Floyd that is top mounted and should the trem be sitting this high off the body? Neck relief and action seem ok, so I don't see how it can be lowered.

I can only assume they have the same neck pocket depth & angle as the originals, giving you enough range to pull back on the trem if you wish.

That's a clean break but you're completely justified in returning it.
