Thanks for the reply. I ended up going deep into the V30 rabbit hole and finally sourced a very nice mid 90s 1960AV. The V30s of the era are supposed to be warmer and a tiny bit "greenbacky" - if that's even a word - and I have to say I'm rather satisfied by my purchase. All channels sound great tho I do feel the Mesa cabs give the channel 3 a slight edge.

Own a VH2 and a Paul.....FL V30 is a for sure a no brainer ....but i have ordered and still waitiing for a rear v30....to compare the two face to face....
